Frage:

Assalamu alaykum… heute sagen manche Leute, es sei nicht vom Islam einem bestimmten Madhab (hanafi, shafi, etc.) zu folgen.

1) Was sagen die Gelehrten dazu?

2) Meine zweite Frage ist, ob Propheten lebendig sind, so wie es die Märtyrer sind?

Antwort:

1) Wer selbst kein Mudschtahid ist (jemand, der kompetent ist Normen aus den Primärquellen Quraan und Sunnah abzuleiten), der muss einem solchen Mudschtahid-Imaam folgen, das ist die Überzeugung im Islam.

2) ja, die Propheten, Friede sei mit ihnen, sind am Leben in ihren Gräbern in der Form des Barzakh-Lebens (Übergangsform des Lebens zwischen Tod und Auferstehung). ALLAH hat die Erde daran gehindert die Körper der Propheten, Friede sei mit ihnen, zu zersetzen.

(Fatwa: 632/512/B=1431)

(1) One who is not mujtahid (capable to derive ruling from the main sources of Quran and Hadith) it is must for him to follow any mujtahid Imam, this is the Islamic belief.
(2) Yes, the Prophets (عليهم السلام) are alive in their graves with Barzakhi life (transitional life after death and before resurrection). Almighty Allah has prevented the land to eat the body of Prophets (عليهم السلام).
