واما التمویہ الذي لا یخلص فلا باس بہ بالاجماع لانہ مستھلک فلا عبرة ببقائہ لونا اھ نقلہ في رد المحتار 9/497، کتاب الحظر والاباحة عن العینی وغیرہ
