Verwendung von Einkommen aus Tabak

Frage:

Einige meiner Verwandten sind im tabak-Geschäft. Ist das im Islam erlaubt? Sie haben eine Moschee mit diesem (Tabak-)Geld gebaut und unterhalten sie auch damit. Wie ist das Urteil dazu nach Quraan und sunnah? Darf ich in dieser Moschee das Gebet verrichten?

Antwort:

Nach der Schariah ist das Tabakgeschäft erlaubt, jedoch ist sein gebrauch (also das Rauchen) makruh (verpönt). Es ist für Sie und für jede andere Person erlaubt in der Moschee, die mit Tabakgeld gebaut wurde, zu beten. Daran gibt es keinen Zweifel.
Hinweis: Jedoch ist das Tabakgeschäft nicht gut. Sie sollten ein anderes erlaubtes Gewerbe für ihren Unterhat betreiben.

Some of my relatives doing bidi (tobacco) business. Is it allowed in Islam. They made masjid and running this masjid activities from bidi business money. What is the ruling as per the Holy Quran and sunnah for this? Can I pray namaz in this masjid?

According to Shariah the business of bidi is lawful though its use is makrooh. The mosque which your relatives have erected with the income of bidi it is lawful for you and other people to offer salah in that mosque without any doubt. Don’t doubt at all.

Note: However the business of bidi is not good. They should choose any other suitable and lawful business for their livelihood.
