Frage:
Mein Bruder arbeitet in einer Firma. Seine Firma sponsert seine Handyrechnungen. Wenn er nicht in der Firma ist und ich sein Handy benutze ist das halal oder haram, oder in welche Kategorie fällt das?
Antwort:
Wenn die Firma Ihrem Bruder erlaubt, dass jeder mit seiner Erlaubnis das Handy nutzen darf, dann können Sie es mit seiner Erlaubnis benutzen. Und wenn die Firma die Bedingung gestellt hat, dass sie nur die Rechnungen übernimmt wenn Ihr Bruder das Handy benutzt, so dürfen sie es nicht benutzen, selbst mit seiner Erlaubnis, denn Sie würden in unrechtmäßiger Form die Firma mit der Rechnung belasten.

If the company allows your brother that anyone can use his mobile with his permission then you may use your brother’s mobile with his permission. And if the company has conditioned that it shall pay your brother’s mobile bill that in case he (your brother) should use the mobile then you may not use your brother’s mobile even with his permission as you will put the burden of the bill on the company unlawfully.
