Ist der Wudhu (Abdest/ die rituelle Waschung) nötig um Hadiith, Fiqh und islamische Bücher zu berühren?
Antwort:
Der Wudhu ist nicht nötig um Fiqh und islamische Bücher zu berühren. Es wäre aber besser, wenn man diese im Zustand des Wudhu berührt. Nötig ist der Wudhu ausschließlich zum Berühren des edlen Quraan (Koran).

Wudhu is not required for touching Fiqh and Islamic books. However it is better to touch in the state of wudhu. Wudhu is mandatory to touch the holy Quran only.
ويكره أيضاً للمحدث ونحوه مس تفسير القرآن وكتب الفقه وكذا كتب السنن الى قوله والأصح أنه لا يكره عند أبى حنيفة رحمه الله (كبرى: 52)
