Die Methode des Witr ist die, drei Rakaat Witr-Gebet mit einem Salam zu verrichten. Die ersten beiden Rakah werden wie üblich verrichtet, und nach dem Taschahud der zweiten Rakah steht man auf. Nach der Rezitation (einer Surah nach der Fatiha) in der dritte Rakah sagt man: „ALLAHU akbar!“ während man die Hände zu den Ohren hebt und sie danach unterhalb des Bauchnabels aufeinanderlegt. Danach rezitiert man das Qunuut-Dua. Danach geht man zum Ruku über und vervollständigt das Salah.

The method of witr salah is that three rakahs of witr salah are offered with one salam. The first two rakahs are performed as normal and after completing tashahhud of the second rakah, one should stand up and after reciting surah in the third rakah should say Allahu Akbar raising the hands up to the ears and folding them below the navel. Thereafter one should recite du’a-e-qunoot; thereafter one should go to ruku saying Allahu Akbar and complete the salah.
